AI Connect | Data & AI Delivery Partner is leading a major UK-based initiative to build production AI capabilities that serve millions. You will join a team delivering complex AI systems and scalable services, shaping the next generation of intelligent offerings.

You will design, implement and integrate GenAI solutions, with emphasis on reliability, security and observability, across cloud environments and enterprise systems.

Formación

• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Delivery of production GenAI, ML or agentic applications.
• Experience with orchestration, retrieval, tool use and evaluation.
• Cloud and container experience, ideally AWS.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build production AI applications, agents and intelligent workflows.
• Develop Python services, APIs, RAG solutions and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Work with LangGraph-based agents and cloud-hosted AI services.
• Embed evaluation, observability, testing and guardrails from day one.
• At senior levels, shape technical direction and support other engineers.

Lead AI Engineer | Fully Remote (UK Based)

We're partnering with a major UK brand who are building a new AI Engineering capability that will support products and services used by millions of customers. This is a chance to work on genuinely complex production AI, alongside talented engineers, with the opportunity to influence how the next generation of intelligent services is built.

From intelligent customer assistants and personalised financial insights to agentic workflows, you'll help turn emerging AI technology into reliable, real-world applications. You'll work with strong software and AI engineers to build systems that are secure, scalable and genuinely useful.

What you'll be doing

• Design and build production AI applications, agents and intelligent workflows.

• Work with LangGraph-based agents and cloud-hosted AI services.

What we're looking for

• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals, including APIs and distributed systems.
• Hands-on delivery of production GenAI, ML or agentic applications.
• Experience with orchestration, retrieval, tool use and evaluation.
• Cloud and container experience, ideally AWS.
• A pragmatic approach to reliability, security and building maintainable software.
• Experience with agent frameworks and patterns, such as LangGraph or Pydantic AI, and integrating models, tools, workflows, context and memory
