Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Lead Solution Architect to design, assess, and deliver high‑quality architectures across three interrelated domains. You will work in a cross‑functional agile team supporting a strategic reengineering effort for Securities Services platforms.

You will apply AI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, ensure patterns and standards alignment, and drive architecture governance with strong communication across business and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering or architecture concepts.
• Hands-on Solution Architecture experience across functional, information and technical dimensions.
• Strong data modeling and meta-modeling knowledge (UML) or with tools like C4 or MagicDraw.
• Knowledge of microservice deployment patterns, Cloud resiliency, data persistence and metadata management.
• Proficiency in AI, ML or related techniques applied to architecture or software engineering.
• Experience with Java, Python or C++, XML/JSON, and databases like SQL, Oracle or Cassandra.
• Strong communication skills across business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience in lean/agile development, CI/CD and architecture governance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to articulate requirements and realize secure, robust solutions.
• Apply AI tools to improve architecture practices and documentation.
• Ensure conformance with architecture patterns and governance bodies.
• Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and technology partners.
• Design end-to-end architectures for enterprise-scale platforms and data models.
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation for operational stability.
• Advocate architecture benefits across communities through presentations and workshops.
• Leverage AI capabilities within the SDLC with proper data handling and governance.
• Establish reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns with traceability and security.
