Areti Group is hiring a Lead Agile Delivery Manager (SFIA 6) on a contract basis, based in Newcastle or regularly from the North East. We’re looking for an experienced Lead Agile Delivery Manager (SFIA 6) to support the delivery of a high-profile digital transformation programme operating under significant business and ministerial scrutiny. You’ll work directly with Deputy Director-level stakeholders, providing delivery leadership, strategic reporting, governance oversight and assurance across multiple teams and workstreams.
You’ll bring extensive experience leading digital delivery within complex government or large-scale enterprise environments, driving delivery outcomes, managing senior stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies, and ensuring effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
A key part of the role is developing delivery capability across the wider organisation --- coaching and mentoring Lead Delivery Managers, Senior Delivery Managers, Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters to improve delivery maturity, practices and outcomes.
