Williams F1 Team is seeking an experienced Aerodynamics Project Leader to drive technical direction for a high‑performance CFD and wind tunnel team. You will own aerodynamic development from concept to track, balancing speed, accuracy and race calendar constraints.

You will mentor engineers, challenge ideas, and lead post‑project reviews while collaborating with Design Office, Structures, and Manufacturing to protect aerodynamic intent within weight, cost and build limits.

Formación

• Extensive experience in F1 aero development.
• Proven track record leading aero projects from concept to track.
• Strong CFD experience with non-standard models.
• Experience planning wind tunnel programmes and data interpretation.
• Solid understanding of ATR and the cost cap.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the aero development project from concept to track.
• Plan CFD and wind tunnel activity and allocate resources.
• Coordinate with Design Office, Structures, Composites and Manufacturing.
• Drive release of parts while maintaining aerodynamic intent within constraints.
• Develop and mentor engineers on the team.
