Capgemini is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Life Insurance Actuary to work with top insurance clients.

Your Role:

• Develop and maintain pricing models for life insurance products, support new offerings, and provide technical expertise for in-force products.
• Perform actuarial analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
• Lead actuarial research, set assumptions, and mentor junior staff.
• Work independently to develop solutions to actuarial issues, lead projects, manage workflow, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inter-departmental meetings and committees.
• Design and conduct training for actuarial personnel.

Your Profile:

• Experience in life insurance actuarial functions, strong technical skills, progressing towards ASA/FSA certification.
• Experience analyzing products, developing formulas, calculating nonforfeiture values, premiums, reserves, and maintaining related programs.
• Experience directing audits, coordinating changes, and maintaining valuation systems aligned with IT standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with IT on system updates, conduct actuarial research, develop assumptions, and analyze agent compensation systems.
• Prepare reports and financial projections for management.
