Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Life Insurance Actuary to join our team working for top insurance clients.

Your Role:

• Develop and maintain pricing models for life insurance products, support the implementation of new offerings, and provide technical expertise for in-force products.
• Perform actuarial analysis, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success in the life insurance space.
• Lead actuarial research, set assumptions, and mentor junior staff.
• Work independently to develop solutions to actuarial issues, act as project lead when assigned, manage workflow, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inter-departmental meetings and committees representing the Actuarial Department.
• Design and conduct training and development for professional actuarial personnel.

Your Profile:

• Experience in life insurance actuarial functions, strong technical skills, and progressing towards ASA/FSA certification.
• Experience analyzing proposed and existing products, developing formulas, and calculating nonforfeiture values, premiums, reserves, etc.
• Experience directing audits, maintaining actuarial valuation systems, and collaborating with IT on system updates.
• Ability to analyze research and experience studies, develop assumptions, and prepare reports.
• Experience analyzing agent compensation systems and recommending profitability improvements.
