Exemplar Health Care's Bridgewood Mews care home in Tipton is seeking a Lead Activities Coordinator. You will lead the Activities Team and organise creative, meaningful activities for residents, helping them live fulfilled lives with dignity and independence.

As a strong leader with empathy, you will develop individual activity plans, encourage participation in hobbies, and support residents to connect with the local community.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a care setting preferred.
• Ability to plan and run engaging activities.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Empathy and person-centred approach.
