Exemplar Health Care’s Woolston House in Warrington is seeking an Activities Coordinator to organise engaging activities for residents and lead a new team. The role focuses on creating meaningful daily plans tailored to individual goals and interests, while fostering a vibrant community within the care home.

You’ll work in a state-of-the-art home with strong values of fun, integrity and teamwork, and benefit from induction, buddy support and ongoing training to develop professionally.
