Job summary

Montu UK is building a technology-enabled online pharmacy in Winnersh, seeking a Pharmacy Technician who will lead accuracy checks and ensure every medicine leaving the pharmacy is correct. You will be trusted to spot issues, raise the bar for the team, and contribute to a culture of safety and high quality.

The role is based at our Winnersh site, with opportunities to mentor colleagues, maintain precise prescription records, and work within a modern, patient-focused operation that values

Qualifications

• Solid, proven experience in a pharmacy setting with a strong track record in accuracy checking.
• Deep working knowledge of pharmacy regulations, policies and SOPs.
• Attention to detail that you simply cannot switch off.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out accuracy checks on dispensed medicines, ensuring full compliance with legal, operational and safety standards
• Taking ownership of the end-to-end dispensing process
• Maintaining clear, accurate prescription records and escalating discrepancies without hesitation
• Mentoring junior colleagues and building a team culture rooted in accountability, safety and quality
• Staying up-to-date with professional development and regulatory changes
• Working with pace and purpose with the wider pharmacy team to ensure patients get what they need
