The Royal Scot Carlisle, operated under Star Pubs Leased & Tenancy, seeks a hands-on pub manager to lead daily operations and engage with the local community in Carlisle. A major refurbishment will modernise the venue with a full HEINEKEN UK range, quality pub food and a coffee pod offer, enhancing the local welcome.

You will drive trade through regular sport, pub teams, quizzes and seasonal events, while delivering excellent customer service and community engagement.

• The refurbishment will create a large community pub with a full HEINEKEN UK range, traditional quality pub food, and a coffee pod offer.
