Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment, delivering outstanding service and sales results.

You will own the store’s performance, create agile business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic events and superior CRM, and mentor a high performing team while upholding brand standards and a culture of diversity and excellence.

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.

Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast paced retail environment. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to be Chief Executive Officer of your own store.
