NHS Grampian in Aberdeenshire is seeking an enthusiastic physiotherapist to join the North Aberdeenshire Learning Disability Team, delivering person-centred interventions to adults with learning disabilities in community settings.

You will be part of a well established team, working across day centres, supported living, and individual homes, with professional oversight from the MH&LD Physio Lead and a broad network of therapists. Relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in multidisciplinary community teams.
• Holistic approach to care provision.

Responsabilités

• Deliver person-centred interventions to adults with learning disabilities in community settings.
• Be part of a multidisciplinary team and support network across Grampian.
• Collaborate with Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Social Care colleagues.
