Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a skilled Technician / Mechanic to join our Flex-E-Rent Southampton workshop team. If you’re passionate about vehicles, you’ll diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of vehicles and prepare them for MOT. Overtime paid at 1.25x and a £1,500 joining bonus are offered.

We support your growth with a structured 5-stage career path and generous leave. A full UK/Irish/EU driving licence is required, along with NVQ3 in vehicle maintenance and experience with HGVs/LCVs.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• Experience working with HGVs or LCVs.
• A Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of vehicles.
• Working with brands such as Mercedes, Iveco and Ford.
• Ensuring all vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT.
• Collaborating with a skilled, friendly team.

Education
