Auto Skills UK in Derby is seeking an experienced LCV Technician for a Monday–Friday role with no weekend work. You will diagnose, service and repair a range of commercial vehicles, while progressing toward Master Technician status in a well‑structured environment.

Qualifications

• Previous LCV Technician experience.
• Experience within a dealership or fleet maintenance environment.
• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of specialist vehicles.
• Carrying out servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Working on a variety of leading commercial vehicle brands.
• Ensuring vehicles meet required safety and quality standards.
• Preparing vehicles for MOT testing.
• Carrying out fault diagnosis and rectification.
• Working within the workshop and supporting mobile operations when required.
• Completing relevant job sheets and repair documentation.
• Working collaboratively with an experienced and supportive team.

• Location: Derby
• Salary: £33,500 - £37,570 per annum, depending on experience
• OTE: Up to £41,000 per annum
• Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm
• Weekends: No weekend work
