Job summary

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is seeking a skilled Technician / Mechanic to join our Acklea workshop team in Calne, Wiltshire. You will assemble, wire and inspect Acklea products to drawings, perform maintenance and repairs in the workshop or at depots, and support colleagues with fault-finding skills.

We value NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent), experience with HGVs or LCVs, and a full UK/Irish/EU driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• Experience with HGVs or LCVs.
• Full UK/Irish/EU manual driving licence.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire and inspect Acklea products to drawings and customer specifications.
• Carry out maintenance, inspection and repairs in the workshop and at customer depots as directed.
• Support colleagues and maintain productivity, demonstrating strong fault‑finding skills.
• Ensure compliance with safety, PPE, quality and paperwork requirements, reporting issues immediately.
• Maintain professionalism, security and housekeeping standards across all work environments.
