Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, part of Enterprise Holdings, seeks a Technician/Mechanic for the Flex-E-Rent Oldbury workshop. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety and quality standards, and prepare vehicles for MOT.

The role offers a clear career path with a 5-stage training programme, competitive pay with overtime at 1.25x, and a £1500 joining bonus. Applicants must have NVQ Level 3 and a valid UK/Irish/EU driving licence; no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with HGVs or LCVs is preferred.
• Must hold a Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence.
