Job summary

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent Derby workshop is seeking a skilled Technician/Mechanic to diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of vehicles. You will work with top brands and ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards, including MOT preparation, in a supportive team environment.

The role offers progression through our 5-stage training and a structured career path with overtime opportunities and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) required.
• Experience working with HGVs or LCVs preferred.
• Full UK/Irish/EU Manual Driving Licence required.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach and passion for vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of vehicles.
• Work with brands such as Mercedes, Iveco and Ford.
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT.

• £750 payable in first months’ pay and £750 payable after successful completion of 90-day probation review. Subject to tax and NI deductions, eligibility criteria will apply
