Our client, a highly regarded leading law firm within renewables, is looking for an Associate to join their Projects team in their London office, owing to the adoption of decarbonisation as a key theme underpinning their Transformational strategy. You will focus particularly on the renewable energy sector but will also be involved in a variety of infrastructure projects and transactions.

The ideal candidate has experience across energy projects and transactions and a keen interest in renewables.

The Role:

Their Projects team covers the full project lifecycle, from initial project set-up and acquisition, through project development, financing, operations, and exit. Their expertise spans technologies including solar, wind, storage, biomass, energy-from-waste, green hydrogen, and electric vehicle charging.

In addition to energy, their Projects team is active in the infrastructure sector, with particular expertise in education, universities, healthcare, rail, roads, airports, and related transport infrastructure.
