Job summary

STA Legal Limited is a growing Alternative Business Structure delivering debt recovery and commercial litigation for STA International clients and others. This senior leadership role reports to the Operations Director and has scope to shape how the firm works from the ground up.

You'll lead day-to-day operations, refine workflows and policies, support budgeting and forecasting, and embed compliance through our design framework.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in law firm operations or professional services management.
• Strong knowledge of legal sector compliance and regulation.
• Experience with financial reporting and performance data is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and refine workflows, policies and resource allocation across the firm.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting to control costs and grow revenue.
• Embed compliance through the firm's 'Compliance by Design' framework and support audits/inspections.
• Lead and develop the support team from recruitment to training and performance management.
• Drive digital transformation, process automation, and change initiatives.
