NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a competent Laundry Assistant for the Western Isles Hospital. This permanent position involves working in the Laundry Department with a pay range between £25,694 and £27,900 per annum, along with a Distant Island Allowance. LAUNDRY ASSISTANT

Band 2 - £25,694 to £27,900 per annum

Plus £1,406 Distant Island Allowance per annum

37 hours per week

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated individuals who can work well in a busy environment within the Laundry Department, at the Western Isles Hospital, Macaulay Road, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, HS1 2AF.

The shift pattern for this position varies from 7am/8am to 4pm/5pm from Monday to Fridays.

The successful candidates will be required to work in any area of the Laundry on a rotational basis.

The successful applicant will be required to register with the PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) Scheme. This post is not eligible for relocation expenses.
