Job Title: Laundry Assistant

Responsibilities

1. Maintain high standards of order and tidiness in the laundry area.
2. Wash, dry, iron, and repair clothing and linen as needed.
3. Manage linen stocks for daily use and report issues to the Senior Housekeeper.
4. Fold, separate, and redistribute linen and clothing to the correct rooms with kindness and attention to detail.
5. Create a well-maintained environment that contributes to residents' happiness and health.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Positive energy and a natural ability to communicate effectively and kindly with residents and colleagues.
• Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and report concerns appropriately.
