Veritas Education is recruiting Early Career Teachers to join a network of welcoming secondary schools across Wakefield. Roles span permanent, long-term placements, fixed-term contracts and day-to-day supply to support induction and professional development.

Applicants should hold QTS (or be close to completion), demonstrate passion for their subject, and show strong classroom management. DBS Update Service or willingness to obtain one is required.

• Commitment to raising attainment and student outcomes.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support mentoring and professional development.
• Work with partner schools across Wakefield.
• Contribute to a positive induction for ECTs.
• Be flexible across permanent, long-term, fixed-term, and daily supply roles.
