Kier Group in Castle Donington is seeking an Industrial Placement Quantity Surveyor for a site-based placement starting September 2027. This role targets degree students aiming to gain hands-on experience in the commercial and financial management of construction projects.

You will assist the commercial team to maximise gross profit, value subcontractor work, assist with tenders and contract documents, and help prepare progress reports and financial statements.

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in Quantity Surveying (in progress).
• Interest in pursuing a career in quantity surveying and construction.
• Numerical confidence with data to support decisions.
• Works well in a team with reliability and respect for others.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Assist in maximising gross profit for projects.
