Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone and email to discuss outstanding invoices.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Allocate incoming payments and update customer accounts.
• Assist with account reconciliations and resolve payment queries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and customer information.
• Support the wider finance team with administrative tasks.
• Learn credit control processes and best practices.
