Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Responsible Individual to guide a new children's residential provider in Newquay through Ofsted registration and governance readiness. The role supports a Registered Manager and helps set up policies and operations for a successful launch.

The position is a flexible consultancy with an initial commitment of one day per month, opening doors for growth as the service becomes operational. The contract spans 6 months with a competitive daily rate.

Qualifications

• Previous Responsible Individual experience within children's residential care.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards.
• Experience supporting registrations, inspections or new service development.
• A practical, supportive approach with the confidence to offer challenge where needed.
• Excellent safeguarding and governance knowledge.
