Job summary

Coveris Gainsborough is seeking a Launch Administrator to support successful product launches across various retail channels. You will coordinate launch activities, maintain accurate information, and help deliver launches on time and to high standards.

The role involves working with internal teams, suppliers, and retail partners, monitoring schedules, and preparing launch documentation and reports. A proactive, organized candidate with strong communication skills will excel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, coordination, project support, or similar role.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of new product launches across multiple retail channels.
• Assist the Launch Team in coordinating launch activities and tracking milestones.
• Monitor launch schedules and highlight any potential risks or delays.
• Prepare and distribute launch documentation, communications, and tracking reports.
• Respond to launch-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate launch records, files, and documentation in line with company procedures.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure launch readiness.
• Communicate launch timelines, updates, and actions to relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships across the business.
