SGS & Co, part of the Propelis Group, invites applications for a Junior Launch Delivery Manager (8-Month FTC) in Witham/Hemel Hempstead, hybrid working. You will support packaging and artwork projects for a global FMCG client, learning from experienced managers across production, artwork, and design teams.

This role offers hands-on project coordination, exposure to client services, and opportunities for career progression within a collaborative team that travels to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous project coordination or administration experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Launch Delivery Managers in delivering packaging and artwork projects from brief through to market launch.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with production, artwork, and adaptive design teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Manage approval workflows and ensure projects stay on track.
• Attend regular client meetings and site visits in Hemel Hempstead and Witham.
• Support print trials and production activities.
• Maintain accurate project, workload, and financial information.
• Contribute to forecasting, resource planning, and ongoing process improvements.
