Job summary

Schawk UK Limited is seeking a Junior Launch Delivery Manager on an 8-month FTC to support packaging and artwork projects across our client accounts in Hemel Hempstead and Witham. You will assist Launch Delivery Managers, coordinate plans, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communications, and help keep projects on track while building client relationships.

This hybrid role offers training, exposure to packaging operations and print production, and the chance to develop in a fast-paced FMCG

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating projects or administration.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Launch Delivery Managers in delivering packaging and artwork projects from brief through to market launch.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, approvals and stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with production, artwork and design teams to keep projects moving.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues and opportunities.
• Manage approval workflows and ensure projects stay on track.
• Attend regular client meetings and site visits in Hemel Hempstead and Witham.
• Support print trials and production activities.
• Maintain accurate project, workload and financial information.
• Contribute to forecasting, resource planning and process improvements.
