Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in Latvian and English? Join LEGO's Customer Service team in Slough as a Latvian Speaking Customer Service Advisor on a fixed-term basis.

About the role

Handle over three million queries annually from LEGO fans worldwide, providing building tips, troubleshooting, and locating rare parts. Enjoy a starting salary of £28,000 plus benefits, including a performance bonus of up to 10%. The role involves a 4-week training, with a flexible work arrangement of at least 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, in accordance with our hybrid policy.

Main responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Latvian and English (spoken and written).
• Engage with customers to build lasting relationships.
• Use CRM tools to resolve issues efficiently.
• Work various shifts, including weekends, to ensure excellent service.
• Represent the LEGO brand with a positive tone.
• Prioritize tasks to meet customer expectations.
