You will lead a team of cooks and care colleagues to deliver a safe, welcoming and well‑run environment for residents, focusing on wellbeing and independence.

You will require experience in supported housing or similar customer‑facing roles, with strong communication and digital skills to manage records and online systems.

• Experience in supported housing, housing support or care roles.
• Digital literacy with online systems, emails and digital records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of housing support within a Later Living development.
• Line manage cooks and catering colleagues delivering meals.
• Maintain accurate service records and respond to customer needs.
• Promote independence, wellbeing and community connection for residents.
