Trust Housing Association Limited is recruiting for a Later Living Carer in Motherwell. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to help customers stay independent, safe and well in their own homes, prioritising dignity and choice.

You will support daily routines, personal care, medication and mobility, while building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues. A polite, patient and reliable approach is essential.

About You

We’re looking for someone kind, patient and reliable who communicates well, works as part of a team and cares about helping older people live with dignity, choice and independence.

You don’t need to be a digital expert, but you should be comfortable using online systems, emails and digital records as part of your day‑to‑day work.

Vacancy Summary

• Location: Mission Place, Motherwell, North Lanarkshire ML1 1EG (may be required to work at our Bellshill and Ravens Court developments).
• Hours: 30 hours, over 4 days per week, on a 2‑week rolling rota
• Salary: £14.04 per hour
• Contract type: Permanent / Part time
