Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD is urgently seeking two late shift production operatives for a Rugby manufacturing site. Roles involve assembling using basic hand and power tools, manual handling of 15-20 kg, and reading engineering drawings while following processes. The late shift is the only option, with a starting wage of £13.35 per hour rising after 13 weeks.

Immediate start available. These are full-time, temporary-to-permanent positions; living in Rugby and previous production experience

• Previous production experience is required.

• Comfortable with late shift – no other shifts available.

Full Time - Temp to Perm

We are looking for two production operatives to join a busy manufacturing business based in Rugby.
