Job summary

Thrive Shepton is assisting with a Wells-based Packing Operative role on a late shift. You will stack boxed dishes onto pallets, ensure hygienic standards, and report any equipment issues. The job supports progression within the business and requires a good level of English and a positive attitude.

Pay starts with basic hourly rates and increases on permanent status. Applicants should be able to lift up to 20kg and work well in a fast-paced team, with on-site parking and a supportive shift

Qualifications

• Basic English required for communication and safety
• Candidates should be able to lift up to 20kg+
• Experience as a machine operator is preferred
• Maintain high hygiene standards and follow processes
• Work well in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Stack boxed dishes onto pallets.
• Maintain high hygiene levels throughout the shift.
• Flag issues with equipment and report them promptly.
• Add toppings to products as required.
• Work on a late shift in Wells.
• Be prepared to train and progress within the business.
