Job summary

Thrive Shepton, working with a client in Wells, is recruiting for an Assembly Operative on a temporary to permanent basis. Responsibilities include weighing and arranging ready meal components, replenishing stock, maintaining hygiene, and performing quality checks.

You should be a team player with good English and a willingness to develop within the business. Working hours are Monday to Friday with pay scales of £13.52 to £16.29 per hour; permanent pay will rise to at least £13.49 per hour

Qualifications

• Good English level required.
• Be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably previous experience as a machine operator or operator.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and arrange ready meal components.
• Replenish inventory and maintain high hygiene levels.
• Conduct quality checks and work as part of a team.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment; prior operator experience is preferred.
