Job summary

Thrive-Group in Wells, England is seeking an Assembly Operative on a late shift (PACKBI1). The role is temporary to permanent with a base rate of £13.52–£16.29 per hour, with higher night rates. 1600–0000, Monday to Friday, includes on-site meals, parking and a subsidised canteen.

You will weigh, assemble and arrange ready meal components, maintain hygiene and perform quality checks within a fast-paced production line. Experience as a machine operator is preferred.

Salary: GBP13.52 - GBP16.29 per hour

ThriveSheptonare delighted to be working with our client in Wells, who are actively recruiting for AssemblyOperative on a temporary to permanent basis to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to accurately weigh


• Ability to accurately adding and arrangingready meal components

• Preferably previous experience as machine operator or operator

Do you have:

Working Hours:

• 1600-0000 - Monday to Friday

What you will receive in return:

• Basic pay rate of £13.52 per hour between 0600-2200


• Basic pay rate of £16.29 per hour between 2200-0600


• Once permanent pay will increase to at least £13.49 per hour (including shiftpremiums)
