The role will assist with placement strategies and drive business development initiatives while ensuring compliance and profitability. Role Responsibilities* Serve as a point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.* Conduct strategic reviews, renewal planning, and risk advisory sessions with client* Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across Willis Re’s portfolio.* Analyse underwriting data and develop market knowledge to inform placement strategies* Collaborate with actuarial and analytics teams to assess portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities.* Assist with the structuring, negotiation, and placement of reinsurance programmes by developing bespoke client solutions* Grow and maintain strong relationships with global reinsurers to secure optimal terms and capacity.* Ensure all placements and documentation meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
