Baltic Recruitment is recruiting a Temp to Perm Laser/Punching Operator for a client in Ferryhill. Initial dayshift for induction and training, then a 2-shift rotation with Bystronic fibre lasers and CO2 lasers. You will work unsupervised on diverse jobs, reading engineering drawings and setting machines.

Experience with Trumpf punches is desirable; training may be provided. Induction includes day shift before transitioning to a two-shift pattern. Salary listed as variable hourly rates.

Qualifikationen

• Experience running Trumpf punches is desired, with potential future training provided depending on performance.
• The ability to work unsupervised is required as the successful individual will be required to work through various jobs without assistance.
• Experience of working to and understanding engineering drawings is essential in both first and third angle projection.
• Capable of running Bystronic fibre lasers and CO2 lasers.

Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temp to Perm Laser/Punching Operator, working for a client located in Ferryhill. Starting on dayshift for induction and training before moving onto a 2-shift rotation.

Laser/Punching Operator Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Working on a 2-shift rotation, running Bystronic fibre lasers and CO2 lasers.

Work through various jobs without assistance and setting machine tools.

In process inspections are to be carried out at the correct frequency and to the correct standard.

Laser/Punching Operator Applicants:

Experience running Trumpf punches is desired, with potential future training provided depending on performance.

The ability to work unsupervised is required as the successful individual will be required to work through various jobs without assistance.

Experience of working to and understanding engineering drawings is essential in both first and third angle projection.

Capable of running Bystronic fibre lasers and CO2 lasers.

Initially starting on dayshift for induction and training before moving onto a 2-shift rotation.

Hourly rates:

• Days: £12.71
• 2-shift: £15.25

Day Shift:

Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 12.30pm.

2-Shifts:

Monday to Thursday 2.30pm - 11pm and Friday 12.30pm - 7pm & Monday to Thursday 6am - 2.30pm and Friday 6am - 12.30pm
