Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate AMADA CNC Laser Punch machines to produce high-quality components.
  2. Create and revise programmes to run the Laser and Punch machines.
  3. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure precision and accuracy.
  4. Set up tooling and fixtures for machining processes.
  5. Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure safe working practices.
  6. Handle materials safely, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the workshop.
  7. Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet the required standards.
  8. Keep workspaces clean and tidy.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience using AMADA CNC Laser and Punch machines.
  2. Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings.
  3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  4. A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
  5. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery.
