Job summary

Printed.com in Cramlington is seeking an enthusiastic large format printer/finisher to join our fast-paced team. You will print, finish and check print material to a high standard, using HP and Canon devices as well as large format presses, and pack and dispatch products to customers.

Experience in print/finishing is welcome but not essential since full training is provided; you should be computer literate, able to prioritise, multi-task, work shifts and lift up to 25kg while maintaining safety,

Responsibilities

• Print, finish and check print material to a high standard.
• Print using HP and Canon devices, and large format presses; pack and dispatch products to a high standard.
• Work on computers to complete tasks.
• Help organize and prioritise work to meet varied deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of safety, cleanliness and organisation in the workplace.
• Comply with ISO 9001 QMS and health & safety rules.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and passionate large format printer / finisher to join our team in Cramlington to print & finish printed material ready for dispatch.

• Experience in print & finishing preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Ability to use a multitude of large format print and print finishing equipment
• Be computer literate
• Ability to communicate effectively across all parts and levels of the business
• Able to demonstrate initiative and ability to prioritise
• Able to effectively multi-task
• Able to work shifts
• Able to lift up to 25kg

Duties include the following, yet others may be assigned to the needs of the business:

• To print, finish and check print material are to a high standard
• Print using our HP and Canon devices, DTM & large format roll fed presses, pack and dispatch print products to a high standard
• Work on computers to complete tasks
• Help to organize, prioritize work to meet varied deadlines
• Help maintain a high level of safety, cleanliness and organization around the workplace
• Comply with all company and HSE Health and Safety rules
• To abide by and support the company’s ISO 9001 QMS
