Qualifications

• Be studying towards a third level discipline preferably in Languages (other disciplines will be considered)
• The ability to work full time for 12-15 months
• Exhibit flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods
• Maintain a valid passport
• Must be eligible to live, work and remain in the UK, within 1 hour's commute of the office you are applying to
• Good level of data entry with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Highly organised and conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Be reliable, self-motivated with good attention to detail and an exceptional work ethic
• Possess exceptional interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across a range of customer enquiries and requests.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
• Act as a key point of contact and intermediary, ensuring customer issues are handled promptly and effectively.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries and issues with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
