Queenswood School invites applications for a Spanish Language Assistant to join the Modern Foreign Languages department. The role focuses on supporting GCSE students with spoken Spanish, through 5–6 hours of oral lessons weekly.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish speaker with ability to support GCSE speaking practice.
• Experience or interest in Modern Foreign Languages teaching is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach 5–6 hours of oral Spanish lessons weekly.
• Support students in developing spoken Spanish and overall language skills.
• Assist in classroom activities under supervision and contribute to safeguarding duties.

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our dedicated and successful Modern Foreign Languages department as we seek to appoint a committed and passionate Spanish Language Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fluent Spanish speaker to play a key role in helping our GCSE students enhance their spoken Spanish and overall language skills. You will be required to teach 5-6 hours of oral lessons weekly. Applications will be considered on an ongoing basis and we reserve the right to appoint before the advertised closing date.
