MAG at London Stansted Airport is seeking a Landside Facilities Officer to manage the coach and bus station, ensuring a safe operating environment and exceptional customer service with minimal disruption.
Working as part of the Landside Operations team, you will oversee bay management, carry out daily safety inspections, process payments, assist customers and provide up-to-date information on departures and facilities.

The role
To manage the operation of the bus and coach station at Stansted Airport ensuring a safe operating environment, with excellent customer service and minimal disruption at all times. Working as part of the Landside Operations team to ensure that the coach station operates to the highest standards for both passengers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
Working with scheduled bus and coach service providers, you will ensure that exceptional service standards are delivered and you will work to develop positive working relationships.
