Job summary

Caval Limited in Grays, Essex is seeking an experienced Gold Card Supervisor to lead a large-scale landscaping contract. The role focuses on supervising site teams, coordinating daily activities, and delivering high standards safely and efficiently.

Applicants should hold a valid Gold CSCS Card and SSSTS, with proven supervisory experience and strong leadership and communication skills. A company car or accommodation may be available if required, for long-term security.

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gold Card Supervisor to join a large-scale landscaping contract in Grays.

This is a fantastic long-term opportunity, with the potential for several years of work for the right candidate.

While previous landscaping experience is not essential, candidates with a background in landscaping, groundworks, civils or similar large-scale projects are highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be confident supervising teams, coordinating site activities and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
