Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Occupations preferred.
• Proven ability to work from plans and adhere to customer specifications.
• Experience with risk assessments and onsite health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Running a team and providing clear instructions.
• Ensuring that all vehicles, machinery, and materials are available for work.
• Carrying out landscape work according to the plan specifications.
• Adapting site arrangements based on weather and working conditions.
• Responsible for onsite health and safety.
• Accurate recording of times and materials used.

Salary: Up to £15 per hour plus overtime and bonus

Hours: Full time / 40 hours a week / Monday – Friday

We need skilled experienced Landscapers to run teams of 2 and 3 building gardens of all shapes and sizes. This is with the aim of providing our clients with a high level of satisfaction.

You would enjoy the challenge of using a variety of different landscape materials to create gardens from designs.

About the role

• Running a Team, providing clear and direct instructions
• Ensure all relevant vehicles, machinery and materials available for the start of each working day
• Ensure landscape work is carried out to the specification of the plan
• Adapting the site arrangements to reflect weather/working conditions of the day
• Responsible for onsite health and safety
• Accurate recording of times and materials used on site
• Liaise with Designer and client regarding any modifications
