Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting an experienced landscaper for a short-term contract on a new build housing development in Newcastle. You will prep plot gardens and communal spaces to handover standard, clearing plots, distributing topsoil, and laying out gardens for turfing and planting.

Based in or near Newcastle upon Tyne, you must hold a valid CSCS card, be able to work safely with PPE, and handle physically demanding outdoor tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
• Solid ground preparation and soft landscaping experience on new build residential sites.
• Ability to carry out physically demanding outdoor tasks, including heavy lifting and raking.
• Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis jacket/vest, steel toe cap boots).
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Based in or within easy commuting distance of Newcastle upon Tyne.

• Spreading, grading, and leveling topsoil across front and rear gardens.
• Preparing ground for turf laying, seeding, and planting beds.

About the Role:
