Job Title: Team Leader

Location: Derby

We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team based in Derby. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, flexible, and self-motivated to join our highly skilled workforce. The role involves leading a designated team in providing house building services across the region. This is a permanent position, working 42.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a dedicated team operating over a large geographical area, serving high-profile clients.
2. Organize daily work schedules and ensure all checks on relevant plant and machinery are completed.
3. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures.
4. Demonstrate excellent industry knowledge; experience with multiple site contracts, especially housing association works, is desirable.
5. Have experience in hard and soft landscaping.
6. Training will be provided for using ride-on mowers and other machinery if not already experienced.
7. Interact effectively with the public and customers.
8. Perform any other duties as required.
