Job summary

Halmer Recruit is partnering with a South West London landscaping company to recruit an experienced Project Manager & Estimator. You will price projects from drawings, manage delivery, and liaise with clients, designers and site teams on hard landscaping schemes from £30,000 to £300,000.

The role combines estimating and project management, with a salary of £45,000 per annum. Monday to Friday, 7.30am–4.30pm, permanent full-time, with opportunities for progression within a respected firm.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for quotations and costings.
• Excellent communication with clients, designers and site teams.
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Good commercial awareness for budgeting and profitability.
• Proactive problem-solving and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations and estimates from landscape drawings using Excel.
• Price labour, materials, plant, equipment and subcontractors.
• Carry out site surveys and assess project requirements.
• Project manage hard landscaping projects from £30,000 to £300,000.
• Set out complex hard landscaping projects on site.
• Coordinate landscaping teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Liaise with clients, landscape architects and designers throughout projects.
• Order materials and manage deliveries and costs.
