Job Description:

The time is NOW.

As part of our ongoing growth in the market, we are seeking Landscape Architects to support and develop our landscape services here at ERM. We’re looking for candidates at Consultant up to Principal Consultant level. In your role, you’ll assist and/or manage landscape inputs into a wide range of project types both within the UK and abroad, working closely with our highly capable multi-disciplinary community.

You will be best connected with your new team if you are seeking a role in Manchester or Edinburgh; however, we can also consider our other office locations in Aberdeen, Glasgow, London, Harrogate, York, Norwich, Pembroke, Cardiff, Bristol, Oxford, and Southampton. We have embraced the benefits of hybrid working, with all staff working on a Hybrid basis (approximately eight days per month in the office).

We offer flexible working to suit your life – whether you need to do the school run, prefer working from home a few days per week, or love to travel. Ask about our Cross Border Remote Working! You can also contribute to non-profit organizations and social enterprises that share our commitment to creating a more sustainable and equitable world through the ERM Foundation.

Our benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays, a 6% pension contribution, twice-yearly promotion opportunities, annual salary reviews, performance-related bonuses, private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, employee assistance programs, volunteering and Give As You Earn options, travel season ticket loans, a premium Calm app account, Cycle2Work Scheme, and discounts on gym memberships and retail gift cards. We foster a Safety First, diverse, and inclusive culture where differences are embraced, valued, and celebrated. With a robust career framework and over 20 technical communities of global experts, there are excellent opportunities to advance your career at ERM.

About you

To succeed in these roles, you must be degree qualified in Landscape Architecture and a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute or working towards this. For Senior Consultant and above, experience preparing LVIA’s is required. For Principal level, additional business development and line management experience are necessary. A full UK driving licence is essential for all roles.
