We operate on a hybrid working basis, averaging around eight days per month in the office.

We offer flexible working options to accommodate your lifestyle, including remote work, travel opportunities, and contributions to social enterprises through the ERM Foundation.

Our benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays, a 6% pension contribution, biannual promotion opportunities, annual salary reviews, performance bonuses, private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, employee assistance programs, volunteering opportunities, travel season ticket loans, a premium Calm app account, Cycle2Work Scheme, and discounts on gym memberships and retail gift cards. We foster a diverse and inclusive culture that values and celebrates differences. With a strong career framework and numerous technical communities, ERM offers excellent opportunities for professional growth.

About you

To succeed in this role, you should be degree qualified in Landscape Architecture and a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute or working towards this.
