Job Title: Landscape Architect

About The Role:

Our client, one of the leading design practices in London, known for their design-led and meticulously detailed approach to the built environment, is seeking a passionate and motivated Landscape Architect to join their social and employee-focused team in East London.

As a chartered or nearly chartered Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for the communication and delivery of some of London’s most innovative and sustainable projects. Working and leading the wider landscape team, the ideal candidate will have over 4 years’ experience working on medium to large scale schemes at all stages while coordinating the overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading, motivating, and developing projects within the landscape design team through accurate allocation of resourcing.
• Managing and delivering several landscape projects while ensuring compliance.
• Overseeing budgets and targets to meet deadlines.
• Contributing to marketing and work-winning efforts in addition to assisting with fee and tender production.
• Collaboration with external clients and consultants to ensure successful and smooth delivery of projects.
• Fostering a positive and collaborative approach.

Key Skills/Requirements:

• A relevant degree in landscape architecture or other relevant qualification.
• At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in landscape architecture is essential.
• Experience working on UK design-led projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is necessary for the role.
• Experience within Sketchup and Lumion is beneficial.
